I am writing from TSAVGE, a travel agent in Barcelona.
Some of my best customers are celebrating their silver wedding soon and they need to find a hotel in New York for their event.
After visiting your website, I have seen that your hotel is specialized in social meetings and celebrations.
This is why I would like to make the following reservation:
Date in: 17th May 2013
Date out: 18th May 2013
Luxury dinner for 85 people starting at 8:30pm. If weather conditions are favourable, I would like you to arrange the celebration next to the swimming pool or in the terrace. From what I have seen there are fantastic views of the city.
After dinner, two hours of live music and dancing.
Not all guests will stay at the hotel, so I would like to book rooms for 71 people distributed as follows:
- 1 luxury suite for 2 NIGHTS for the couple who celebrates (welcomed with champagne and fruit in the room)
- 1 junior suite for two people
- 25 double rooms (15 pool sight rooms)
- 4 twin rooms
- 3 triple rooms
I have as well some other special requests:
- Late check-out for the couples in the suite and junior suite (5pm)
- 1 hour massage on Sunday 18th May at 12pm for the anniversary couple at your Spa & Wellness centre.
